Today, A mom of two adult son’s wrote me.

This is what she said:

I don’t exagerate when I say that the gift the Recovery Center has given us this year is the most precious we will ever get.  The outcome could have been so different.  We are thankful our sons are alive - whole - able to move forward.  You probably hear that all the time - but we never, never thought it would be us feeling it.

Another Christmas message:

JOY TO THE WORLD, Our daughter IS STILL HANGING IN THERE…..THANKS TO YOU AND ALL THE SUPPORT AND HELP YOU AND THE OTHERS AT PENN FOUNDATION HAVE GIVEN HER THIS ENTIRE YEAR!

Angel, you have truly been an angel to us and our entire family….My other 2 daughters feel almost as if they know you too, from all the emails I have forwarded to them this year. God truly led our daughter to Penn Foundation Recovery Center.

If not, I doubt she would be alive and with us this Christmas. Please pass along our gratitude to the other staff for all they have done.

We pray she will be a success story you can pass on to others who are without much hope.

May God bless you and your family with a very MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A WONDERFUL NEW YEAR
