I would like to tell you how much I appreciated staff member Alan’s ability to assist me during a time of crisis.

I explained to him the severity of the situation and the nature of my request. Without hesitation he asked what he could do to assist. He came to the hospital and remained with a distraught and overwhelmed family so that I could give my undivided attention to the needs of their child.  I continue to appreciate the strong relationship that I have with the team members of the Recovery Center.
