Today I saw this website posted on a dry-erase board at Penn Foundation. I had never heard of it before but am very excited to see it. I think this is just more proof of how much support there actually is out there.

Penn Foundation has been of great support for me. Through all my spells and problems with picking up again and again they stuck with me. I also have support at home and in the rooms. All it takes is one person to believe in another and to keep dredging forward no matter what. Penn Foundation, and all of the workers, and clients are proof of this. I owe these people my life, but for now all I have to give is ONE day at a time. A big thank you for everyones help and support. You have shown me a different way of life.
